As a key member of our Procurement, Property and Facilities team, you will oversee the full supplier lifecycle, manage third-party risk, and ensure regulatory compliance within the procurement function.

Job Description

This role is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor, working closely with internal stakeholders and shared services like Legal, Risk, and Cyber to support supplier agreements and contract variations. This includes implementing governance plans that enhance customer experience, manage costs, and reduce risks, while maintaining procurement processes that meet regulatory standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Supporting procurement policies and procedures that address our risk and regulatory framework
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of procurement reporting
  • Identify and assess supplier risks, working with business stakeholders and shared services to mitigate those risks
  • Effectively support the business to deal with vendor operational contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, risks and undertaking negotiations with vendors as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong working experience in operations to include vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations and risk
  • Proven ability to manage large enterprise supplier relationships, including onboarding, vendor management, contracting, sourcing, and risk management
  • Skilled in negotiating and managing contracts with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to identify and reduce supplier risks
  • Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills
