Third Party Specialist Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Third Party Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring the smooth operation of our third-party engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update vendor databases, including SIM and TPRM risk assessments.
  • Manage purchase orders and ongoing vendor management, including goods receipt and invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global system requirements, including training and knowledge management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and queries, and manage enrollments for Medicines Australia.
  • Roll out and manage new edition training to the business, and report on training compliance and updates.

Requirements:

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to identify problems and take corrective actions.
  • Strong financial analytical skills.
  • Experience with eShop, SIM, VIM, ESOPS, and Condor.
  • Knowledge of GxP systems and processes.
