About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Digital Performance Manager to lead our e-commerce client's CRO initiatives, focusing on maximizing conversion rates across web and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the CRO strategy, aligning it with the company's digital marketing goals.
  • Identify Key Opportunities: Identify key opportunities for conversion rate improvements across all digital and email channels.
Hands-On Optimization
  • Conduct In-Depth Analyses: Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Design and Implement Tests: Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels.
  • Email Flow Management: Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies and flows using Klaviyo.
Collaboration and Implementation
  • Work with Tech Lead: Work closely with the tech lead to implement CRO and email marketing optimizations, ensuring seamless execution of changes.
  • Communicate Findings: Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
Data-Driven Approach
  • Utilize Data Analytics Tools: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on CRO performance.
  • Implement CRO Tools: Implement and manage CRO tools such as Hotjar and Optimizely to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
Industry Knowledge
  • Stay Current: Stay current with the latest CRO and email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for differentiation and optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, with at least 5 years in a senior CRO role.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, with a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, user behavior, and email marketing.
  • Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a strong track record of improving email flow performance.
  • Proficiency in CRO Tools: Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
