About the Role

The Centre Manager will lead the team, inspire best practice, and foster strong relationships with families and the local community. They will manage operations with a sharp eye for quality and compliance, while empowering educators to deliver exceptional care and education.

About You

You're an experienced leader in Early Childhood Education with a proven ability to inspire teams, engage families, and champion children's learning and wellbeing. You bring strong business acumen and a deep commitment to quality.


Key Skills And Requirements
  • Leadership experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing a safe environment for all children and their families
  • Achieved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education)
  • Current Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate
