We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our enthusiastic team at Hei Schools Lara Geelong Region. Our centre is located 7 km from the picturesque You Yangs Regional Park and close to Lara Lake Reserve, making it an ideal location for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

As an Early Childhood Educator with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly qualified and experienced team who are committed to delivering high-quality early education to children and families in Australia. We are a child-safe organisation and are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of children and protecting them from harm.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as experience working in an early childhood setting. You will also need to have approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification, a current Working with Children Check, and having attended food safety basic training.

The key responsibilities of this role include participating in the implementation of curriculum and education programs, providing support and feedback to room leaders, ensuring the children's room is clean and safe, and utilizing state-of-the-art education apps to provide feedback to parents regarding their children's learning.
