  2. Site Management: Oversee the site crew, including trades and sub-trades, to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete the works.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork among site crew members, ensuring that everyone is aware of project expectations and goals.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
Requirements
  1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial construction environment, preferably in fit-out projects.
  2. Qualifications: Trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry, or Shop Fitting.
  3. Certifications: OH&S White Card and current First Aid and CPR Certification.
  4. Working Rights: Full legal working rights in Australia.
