Client Service Liaison

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our hearing clinic in Goondiwindi, QLD, providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their hearing health.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing our clients correctly and taking payments
- Learning and competently using software and applications
- Prior experience in customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an excellent client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
