We are seeking a full-time Cellar Person to contribute to the smooth running of our cellar operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilise their skills and experience in maintaining high standards of quality and service.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Head Cellarman and be responsible for communicating and liaising with colleagues at all levels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the cellar
  • Manage inventory and assist with ordering
  • Contribute to deliveries and stock rotation
  • Maintain beer lines and glassware
  • Assist with monthly stock takes
  • Promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated professionalism and quality work standards
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical fitness and well-presented appearance
  • Previous experience in cellar or bar roles would be advantageous
  • A commitment to WHS standards and manual handling procedures
  • A current drivers license
  • RSA and RCG certificates
  • Forklift licence preferred
