Cellar Operations Manager

Exceptional service delivery is at the forefront of our operations, and we're seeking a highly experienced Cellar Operations Manager to play a vital role in ensuring seamless cellar operations.

As a Cellar Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the head cellar person to oversee cellar operations and supervise the cellar team. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean, tidy loading dock.

  • Oversee daily cellar operations, including stock receiving, rotation, storage, and distribution.
  • Supervise the cellar team and provide on-the-job training for newly inducted cellar staff.
  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient cellar environment.
  • Ensure beer lines are regularly maintained, kegs and post mix are changed in a timely manner, and stock levels in bars are adequate.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have previous supervisory experience in a cellar environment.
  • Excel in time management and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be physically fit and able to perform the inherent requirements of the job.
  • Hold sound knowledge of WHS standards, manual handling techniques, and a commitment to workplace safety.
