Cellar Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Cellar Manager to oversee cellar operations and ensure the smooth delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain stock quality
  • Liaise with suppliers and senior management for product procurement and receipt
  • Maintain accurate records and implement controls for stock movements
  • Supervise bar back team to set up bars for service
  • Participate in floor service during trade hours
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness of the cellar and receiving dock
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in hotel and retail stock inventory, including purchase orders and invoices
  • Demonstrate knowledge of repair and maintenance
  • Experience in food and beverage stocktake
  • Understanding of ordering and budget control principles
  • Knowledge of cellar and beer line maintenance
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety protocols
  • Cash handling skills
  • General hotel operation and management experience
