Singleton Community Aged Care is a for-purpose organisation seeking Graduate Registered Nurses to join our team.

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionals
- An understanding of assessments and developing care plans
- Ability to learn to effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives.
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
The ideal candidate will have current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, and an understanding of professional, ethical, and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse.
