We are currently seeking Graduate Registered Nurses to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment that fosters growth and development.
The role involves providing nursing care to residents, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, administering medications, and contributing to the overall management of the facility.
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, and an understanding of the professional, ethical, and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse.
Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
