Customer Information Delivery Specialist

This position involves supporting network service change events and improvement initiatives by creating database outputs to inform stop-based customer information creation and installation.
Key responsibilities include coordinating work requirements and production outputs working with external suppliers, managing manufacturing and installation projects effectively.
Position Outcomes / Accountabilities- Work requirements are accurately calculated, estimates and work schedules are prepared.
- All wayfinding, signage and customer information delivered is consistent with the Master Style Guide and Master Fleet Guidelines.
- Wayfinding, signage and customer information data is accurately maintained in the appropriate transport database.
- Successful project coordination and delivery of multiple activities and projects for the Customer Information team.
- Promotion of safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.
- Good oral and written communication skills, including preparation of reports and correspondence on issues associated with project delivery.
- Ability to coordinate work requirements and production outputs working with external suppliers.
- Proven understanding of sign design development, manufacturing methodologies, signage installation and procurement procedures in relation to customer information projects.
- Relevant qualifications or significant work experience in a related field.
