Seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Delivery Specialist. The role involves providing timely updates to residential customers on their delivery status, resolving any disputes or issues that may arise, and working closely with the scheduling team to ensure seamless delivery operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, be able to effectively communicate with customers, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first call resolution for urgent and OOG deliveries
  • Resolving delivery disputes and damages
  • FOLLOWING UP CUSTOMER ACCESS ISSUES
  • Scheduling deliveries that were unable to be delivered on the delivery day.
  • Outbound calling to residential customers when deliveries will not be delivered on the delivery day.
  • Knowledge transfer from scheduling to residential and Residential to scheduling.
  • Ensuring all orders have been completed and in correct status.
