Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the escalations manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes
  • Lead the team to handle complex customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Monitor and analyze escalations to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Provide training and development to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
  • Great attention to detail to understand policies/procedures
