Event Production Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Production Coordinator to join our team.

This is a key role for the successful production and delivery of events. You will be responsible for coordinating between stakeholders, ensuring staffing requirements are met.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating event requirements for successful production and delivery
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders in the precinct
  • Procuring contractors and developing staff briefs and production plans
  • Processing event purchase orders and vendor payments
  • Notifying relevant departments and stakeholders of events to eliminate clashes or conflicts

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in event/venue management and event operations/production in live settings or public spaces
  • Client management and contract negotiation skills
  • Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
