We are seeking a seasoned Workers Compensation professional to fill a key role within our organization.
About the Position- Manage a caseload of up to 150 matters, supported by a dedicated team.
- Enjoy flexible work arrangements, including three days per week working from home with our state-of-the-art digital system.

- Demonstrate proven success in personal injury law with over a decade of experience.
- Experience in Workers Compensation and/or WID: managing at least 100 personal injury matters.
- Strong drafting skills: crafting clear, concise legal documents with confidence.
- Caseload management: efficiently handling high volumes of files.
- Client & advocacy skills: strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
- Proactive approach: detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and focused on achieving outcomes.
