Leasing Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Associate to fill a crucial role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering leasing and marketing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model the company's core values at all times, serving as a role model for colleagues and residents.
  • Implement marketing campaigns using various advertising channels, act as a brand ambassador, and maintain brand awareness.
  • Utilize property management software to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and generate reports.
  • Maintain SEO, social media, ILS, and other digital marketing platforms, ensuring up-to-date information and meeting KPIs for reputation scores.
  • Inspect apartments before move-in, ensure they are in move-in ready condition, and coordinate with the maintenance team for any necessary repairs.
  • Execute the lease renewal program by preparing renewal offers, meeting with residents, and ensuring timely document implementation.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to questions and complaints, assisting with maintenance requests, and actively engaging with residents to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations, complete various administrative tasks, and participate in off-site events and a rotating weekend roster.

Requirements:

  • A good level of general education and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in using property management software, training will be provided.
  • A knowledge and understanding of Australia Health and Safety policies preferably with some form of recognised training.
  • Able to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
