About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the stock they need when they need it. This involves taking ownership of the order fulfillment process, from processing to delivery, and keeping customers informed about the progress of their orders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  2. Identify opportunities to improve truck utilization and order picking efficiencies.
  3. Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the delivery experience.
  5. Manage customer claims and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Support the development of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and logistics providers.
  3. Customer-focused approach with a strong attention to detail.
  4. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  6. 3+ years of experience in a similar customer service or logistics role.
  7. Experience working with SAP or similar logistics software.
