Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As the backbone of inventory accuracy, you will conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure our stock is always where it should be.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute scheduled cycle counts and support stocktakes
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate stock quantities and locations
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Support quality control checks and product damage investigations
  • Respond to inventory queries in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great counting skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and a true team player
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused
  • Previous experience in retail or supply chain (a bonus)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and WMS systems (a plus)
  • Previous experience with RF scanners (another bonus)
  • Forklift license (another plus)
