The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team in Darra. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and managing a portfolio of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
  • Lead and provide technical support to a team of Mechanical Service Technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the coaching and development of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Relevant State and National Trade Licences.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
  • An understanding of standards applicable to the role.
