Exciting Opportunity in Property Investment

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic team at Sharon Bennie. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert guidance on property investment opportunities.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial positions and future goals, identifying suitable property investment opportunities that align with their circumstances.
  • Conduct regular strategy sessions to provide personalized advice and support to clients throughout the investment process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance our services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in investment sales or house and land sales, with a minimum of one year of experience.
  • Ability to work from our office Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm.
  • Passion, high energy, and self-motivation to excel in this role.
  • Confident communication skills, strong numerical capability, and proven influencing skills to deliver exceptional results.
