Mine Operations Specialist

Mine Technicians play a vital role in maintaining dry mining conditions and ensuring sufficient water for dust suppression. They are responsible for operating and monitoring process equipment, maintaining and recording process data, and identifying potential risks to water or tailings operations.
">The Job Description- Operating and monitoring process equipment in line with standard procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintaining and recording accurate process data and identifying any potential risks to water or tailings operations.
- Participating in all aspects of mine water activities to ensure maximum capacity and availability from MMO water supplies and Borefields for process use.
- A current WA 'HR' class driver's licence High Risk, Lic RB, DG, CV, EWP, Forklift HDPE Poly welding and electrofusion.
- Experience working with mobile equipment, IT loaders, Excavators, Telehandlers, and understanding of mechanical diesel pump sets.
- Familiarity with shift work and formal safety protocols, as well as strong communication skills with the ability to follow written instructions and complete records.
- Computer literacy, including the use of maintenance and document management systems.
