Job Description:

The Customer Service Manager - eCommerce is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to RØDE direct-to-consumer (e-commerce) customers. This role manages the day-to-day operations of a small team spread out globally, ensuring timely resolution of customer order-related contacts. Additionally, it serves as a first-level management position, accountable for the team's performance, reporting customer feedback, trends, and issues to stakeholders.

As the escalation point for all eCom matters, this role requires an enthusiastic team player with outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate effectively, recommend solutions, and suggest changes to websites, products, or services.
