About the Position:
This position plays a pivotal part in shaping our organisation's workforce and culture. The incumbent will lead all facets of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development, while also managing compliance obligations and safeguarding procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Operations: Oversee and manage human resources operations, strategy, and cultural initiatives.
- Drive Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee relations, retention, and overall wellbeing.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance-related processes, records, and policy frameworks.
