About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team at Eden Academy. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our children, while also providing leadership and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Lead and support a team of Educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Great personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
