Lead Educator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Warners Bay. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in guiding our educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our educators to implement programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Nurture and develop our team members to ensure they are confident and competent in their roles
  • Build strong relationships with our families and educators to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS standards are met or exceeded

About You

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check
  • Be passionate about developing the skills and knowledge of our educators and children
