About the Role

TFA Project Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for designing commercial, industrial, and greenfield developments.

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your expertise in civil engineering and gain exposure to the full project life-cycle. Our in-house engineering team provides detailed design services for a broad range of projects, and we are positioned as leaders in the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design fuel, energy, and industrial development projects, as well as general retail and commercial projects
  • Prepare site stormwater drainage design, including water quality and quantity modelling
  • Mark up drawings to enable the preparation of earthworks, grading, drainage, and pavement plans
  • Conduct on-site inspections and prepare inspection reports
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced engineers and designers
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and sub-consultants
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8-10 years proven consultancy experience as a civil design engineer in Australia
  • Experience in commercial/industrial developments and water sensitive urban design
  • CPENG/RPEQ or having commenced the process of attainment as a minimum
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including technical writing ability
