Civil Project Manager - Senior

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects from planning to completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables and documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in civil project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
