Enrolment Engagement Officer

We are seeking a professional and relational officer to be the welcoming face of our institution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide families through the recruitment process, ensuring every interaction is positive and personalised.
- Champion community engagement by building relationships with families and the local community, coordinating events, and fostering connections with former students.
- Contribute to a Christ-centred environment, being organised, proactive and passionate about serving families.
Key Qualifications:
- Personal commitment to the Christian faith.
- A committed member of a local church congregation that holds to the doctrinal position of the TVACE Educational Creed and the Nicene Creed.
- Expected to be personally committed to the institution's mission, vision and statement of faith.
- A desire to contribute to and promote a harmonious and co-operative team environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including a heart for customer service.
- Initiative in determining priorities and meeting deadlines.
- An understanding of a service ethic, which underpins the institution's ethos.
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity, according to the Privacy Act 1988.
