  • Salary ENC/END $63,992 -$74,831 p.a. (pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Part-time working 24 hours per week and temporary up to 12 months

About the Role

As a Research Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting clinical research activities while providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. Working more autonomously than in entry-level roles, you'll operate within your full scope of practice and apply your expertise across a range of responsibilities, from clinical procedures to data collection and patient engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to research that shapes the future of healthcare.

In this role, you'll be accountable for your own actions while remaining supported by and accountable to a Registered Nurse for delegated functions. As a proficient or expert Enrolled Nurse in your specialist area, you'll bring strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for learning. Your contributions will help ensure research integrity and participant safety, all while developing your career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

About You

You are an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse with a passion for clinical research and delivering culturally safe, participant-centred care. You bring strong technical capabilities and a collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, protocol-driven environments.

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with at least 2 years' clinical experience, including venepuncture and vaccine administration

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and experience in human research, including informed consent, safety monitoring, and documentation

  • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols and timelines

  • Committed to ethical, culturally safe, and collaborative practice in diverse clinical research settings
