Community Mental Health Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a community mental health setting providing clinical services to adults.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing interventions for individuals experiencing mental illness or distress.
Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with consumers, their families, and carers to develop personalized care plans, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and participating in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications and Experience- Tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist and current registration with the relevant Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated experience in contemporary clinical mental health practice, including mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Understanding of the NSW Mental Health Act (2007) and principles of mental health rehabilitation and recovery.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
