Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Event Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Represent the brand on the streets/public, participating in content, marketing, and commercial events/activations.
  • Engage and interact with crowds, including MCing as required, and amplify events to drive traffic.
  • Set up event sites according to standards.
  • Take high-quality photos of events for social media channels, clients, and the company.
  • Provide feedback and reporting after each activation to the Brand & Promotions team.
  • Assist the Promotions team and Reception with ad-hoc office duties where needed.
  • Maintain vehicles (petrol, interior cleanliness, and written reports on incidents).

Requirements:

  • Reliable time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Interest/experience in Events, Promotions, and Marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented, friendly, energetic, and good brand ambassadors.
  • Shows initiative and is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Problem-solver able to work under pressure and prioritise.
  • Strong positive work ethic with a willingness to get hands dirty.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Full driver's license (highly desirable).
