Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Community Specialist to join our team in QLD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing Apple's product and services in our partner stores.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong passion for technology and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow Apple's product and services in our partner stores.
  • Provide excellent customer service and conduct product demonstrations to customers.
  • Train partner staff on the latest Apple products and services.
  • Meet merchandising standards and ensure all store displays are up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday) for full-timers or Thursdays to Sundays for part-timers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong passion for technology and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
