Maternal Health Project Operations Specialist

The Child Maternal Health Project Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving outcomes for Aboriginal families. As part of the Aboriginal Health Unit, this key position coordinates and supports the delivery of initiatives, providing high-level support to the department.
This role involves:
- Providing confidential, timely, and high-quality executive support for the Child Maternal Health Continuity of Care Protocol Program
- Developing and coordinating administrative systems within Aboriginal Health to ensure efficient quality functions across the program
- Offering effective administrative, research, and project support services, including email management, report preparation, briefing notes, data collection, and analysis to resolve complex issues
- Supporting the Child Maternal Health Leadership team in delivering projects or initiatives, providing administrative services including word processing, maintaining record management practices, and contributing to the business plan
