We're seeking casual team members to join our hard working, vibrant and fun team to deliver exceptional customer service and store presentation standards during the peak season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Support catalogue and promotional merchandising initiatives
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store and business objectives
  • Work in various departments to meet customer needs
  • Perform daily tasks such as stock placement, ticketing, visual displays etc.
  • Maintain a neat, full and safe environment
  • Foster positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
  • Process and pick pack online orders, including consistent lifting of light loads

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine passion for service and retail
  • Have retail experience, preferably within a big-box retail space
  • Be able to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Showcase strong teamwork ability
  • Achieve a focus on safety
  • Exhibit flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
