Job Description: Create magic this festive season by joining our team as a Christmas Experience Team member. You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa's visitors, guiding them through their experience and sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.

About the Role: We are looking for a Christmas Experience Team to drive performance at sites in the Canberra Region, including South Point Tuggeranong, Canberra Centre, Woden, and Belconnen. Your responsibilities will include welcoming families, helping capture magical Santa photos, ensuring a fun and stress-free experience for kids and adults, working with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen, and processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.

About You: We're looking for someone who is full of good vibes and festive energy, great with people (and pets) of all ages, cool under pressure, and a team player who loves making people feel welcome. Having or being willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance is also required.
