Key Responsibilities
  • Update employee data in IT systems.

  • Operate the "Płatnik" system, registering and deregistering employees in ZUS.
  • Prepare reports for the Central Statistical Office (GUS).
  • Maintain ongoing correspondence with ZUS, US, and PIP.
  • Prepare employee documentation based on current hiring and termination processes.
  • Handle communication and service for PFRON.
  • Collaborate with external companies that provide services to HR (e.g., benefits, etc.).
  • Prepare employee documentation as well as manage current employment and termination processes for both domestic and foreign employees, including those from outside the European Union.
  • Draft and maintain records related to civil law contracts.
  • Prepare, calculate, and verify payroll for employees and contractors under the supervision of the Head of the Department.
  • Prepare, calculate, and verify payroll for the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
  • Prepare and submit ZUS and tax declarations (monthly and annual).
  • Prepare reports and statistics on absences and salaries for the needs of controlling and management.
  • Provide support and advice on labor law, social security, and taxes to other employees of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., particularly to the HR department.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, in line with the employee's specialization and competencies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations applicable in the department and throughout the company, as well as comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality policies.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Higher education in relevant fields (e.g., HR, Finance).
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll accounting in Poland, including Social Security and tax.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
