**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in a professional interior design position. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and mentor store teams to achieve sales targets and individual KPIs.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our store staff. You will need to demonstrate a strong ability to coach, develop, and mentor store teams to achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Able to develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to provide training and coaching to store staff.
