Job Title: HR Consultant

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for HR? We are seeking an HR Consultant to join our team at EBR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and folders, including data entry and processing.
  • Provide expert advice on personnel issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with general management and office duties, including administrative tasks and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to conduct performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and development.
  • Manage onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding processes, including sales bonus letters and allowances.
  • Recruit for various roles, including Operations and IT Development, ensuring a diverse and talented team.
  • Coordinate internal and external activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain employment contracts and internal employee letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a different field, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work at a fast pace and maintain high standards.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an HR or related administrative role, preferably in IT Development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Xero, and MYOB, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
