As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, the IT team, and delivery partners to ensure the new system meets the needs of both Council and the community. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the business analysis and requirements gathering phase of the project.
- Developing and maintaining business cases and project plans.
- Analysing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.
- Supporting the UAT process to ensure the delivered solution meets documented requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in business, information technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in IT or a similar area, preferably with formal qualifications in Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Proven experience with the implementation of business applications and technologies, with significant enterprise-wide business process change.
