About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscaper to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure deadlines are met and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Management: Set up, operate, and manage all relevant equipment, ensuring a well-organised work environment.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Ensure the safe operation of all plant equipment, including conducting pre-operational checks, performing essential maintenance, and directing wash-downs.
  • Compliance: Strictly follow site-specific safety, environmental, and quality management protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality results consistently, adhering to established standards.
  • Project Execution: Execute a range of landscaping projects, including building retaining walls, garden edging, installing fences, drainage, brick and block structures, decks, planting, and mulching work on various residential and commercial projects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in landscaping construction.
  • Must hold a White Card.
  • Completed a Certificate III in Landscaping.
  • Must hold a Driver's license (minimum C Class).
  • Excellent communication skills.
