We are seeking an experienced Landscape Leading Hand to join our team at Smith & Co Recruitment. As a well-respected Landscaping Contractor, we specialize in commercial and residential landscape projects, delivering a wide range of services including hard and soft landscaping, minor construction, structural and decorative concrete, pools and surrounds, civil and drainage, landscape maintenance, and landscape design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of landscape professionals on commercial and residential projects
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver results
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
