About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to design, lead, and implement Lindt Australia's Environmental strategy and oversee the local execution of the Group's Sustainability Plan.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive change to implement group-wide strategies and local projects.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability roadmap aligned with group targets
  • Identify areas for improvement within the local business and propose data-driven solutions
  • Present progress on the sustainability agenda to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Educate functional leaders to drive cultural shifts required to support the sustainability agenda
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a prioritised roadmap and ensure project initiatives progress smoothly
