Department Lead Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Department Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales advisors to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Analyse commercial reports and formulate plans to maximize sales and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including visual merchandising teams, to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to support their development.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and principles of our organization and promoting a positive work environment.
