General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Australian commercial affiliate. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategy of our business in Australia.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Leverage your expertise in finance, sales, and marketing to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health authorities, payers, regulators, and industry leaders.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a strong background in commercial operations, financial management, and strategic planning. You will be an effective communicator, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall representation of the company, covering legal and fiscal responsibilities.
  • Interface between the company and other pharmaceutical companies, patient groups, scientific organizations, main customers, suppliers, health authorities and key opinion leaders.
  • Compliance with statutory accounting practices and local employment laws.
  • Maximizing the sales and profit growth of the affiliate.
