  • To set-up and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the café.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and quality of service to customers and visitors.

  • To balance takings and bank daily.
  • To adhere to HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desired).
  • Previous experience as a Barista.
  • Previous experience in charge (highly desired).
