Café Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused team member to join our café in Auburn, Sydney.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to customers, and being part of a supportive team. As a Café Team Member, you will be responsible for serving customers, handling cash transactions, and preparing food and drink items.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bright and outgoing attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and strong English-speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and maintain a positive pace
  • Commitment to part-time availability (minimum 15 hours per week)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy a collaborative environment

Prior café experience is desirable but not necessary. This role would suit tertiary students or those looking for a flexible and dynamic work environment.
