The NSW State Government is seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Advisor to join their team in Parramatta with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is a temporary assignment, estimated 6-months, with a strong potential to extend.
Working within the Strategy, People & Governance Division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks to identify, evaluate and continually improve capability solutions. The role ensures that quality and merit of all programs maximise organisational investment in capability building to ensure employees have confidence and competency to perform and achieve results.
Main Responsibilities:- Designing, Developing and Implementing Capability Evaluation Framework: Ensure initiatives meet learning objectives;
- Partnerships: Collaborate with Organisational Development and Learning teams to design learning objectives;
- Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct evaluations, complete findings and inform Program Managers of outcomes and improvement plans;
- Annual Review: Conduct annual capability and program review;
- Gap Analysis: Identify organisational capability gaps, needs, trends and issues, mitigating risks;
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with online and other learning vendors to ensure their products and services are aligned to maximise positive return on investment;
- Reporting and Insights: Provide valuable insights through robust reporting on capability activities and evaluation outcomes;
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.
