This role involves securing employment outcomes for participants within the Disability Employment Services (DES) program. You will identify opportunities and facilitate placements.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with customers through face-to-face and phone engagement
  • Conduct customer appointments and guide them through the process
  • Maintain progress reviews and identify next steps
  • Meet performance indicators by converting sales leads into placements

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
